One good thing about Taiwan is that you can find food stands easily (literally everywhere) and most of them sell delicious snacks with decent and affordable price. Personally I consider these snacks are Taiwanese gourmet that I intended to show S when we visited Taiwan in January. But since S is relative conservative in trying those, we ended up without having any. This time I came back alone, I decided to try those snacks I've missed a lot; one of them is "A Ji Shi", a sushi and sashimi booth inside a traditional market.上回帶S回台灣,我其實很想帶著他到處嚐試台灣的美食,也就是台灣的小吃。但可惜的是,S這個保守的歐洲人,對於在首次到訪的國度及路邊烹煮的食物,除了好奇之外,沒有一絲一毫想要品嘗的衝動。思思念念台灣美食的我,也就看到路邊攤時升起的嘴饞,硬生生地壓抑住,雖不至於埋怨自己的男友,但多多少少覺得『沒吃到真可惜』。這趟自己回台灣辦簽證,把思念的小吃都一併吃遍,還要拉著好友去溫習一下久違的『阿吉師』!

日式美食在這兩三年來,似乎像是一股時尚美食的浪潮般,襲擊著歐洲大陸。在荷蘭,妳可以發現在荷蘭本土的超市裡,正販賣賣著做花壽司的材料,竹簾、壽司米、海苔等,一應俱全。到了米蘭,姑且不說是中國人還是日本人開的,但事實是,四處都可以看到日式極簡裝潢、販賣著握壽司的餐廳,而且每間餐廳的生意都還可以。我雖然不是很挑嘴的人,但總覺得,我心中那真正美味的握壽司,還是非『阿吉師』不可。除了新鮮的魚貨之外,還有味道均衡的醋飯,總而言之,就是令人難以忘懷。在正式進會讓人流口水的握壽司照片之前,先來看看讓這些握壽司美味加倍的配件吧!

這是在哪裡呢 下回我也想去試試:)
這真的太讓人忍不住留口水了, 我上次回台灣的時間太匆忙, 心中一直掛念要去吃這家壽司, 就是沒有時間過去品嘗一番...
好好盡情享受台灣的美食, 等回來歐洲, 就只能遙望懷念, 外加流口水了~~ :P
